Shoreline Safety – Food Hygiene Level 2 & 3 courses in Antibes

Good news if you are on cote D’Azur as Shoreline Safety now offer courses in Antibes as well as in Liverpool for L2 and L3 HABC and MCA Compliant.

Level 2 Award in Food Safety 

This is essential for all food handlers to ensure awareness of hazards and controls associated with the food they produce. There are legal obligations to ensure food handlers in all industries are trained in food hygiene matters to an appropriate level. This accredited qualification helps secure compliance with this requirement. This is MCA approved for those in the Yachting Industry. One day of guided learning, plus a one hour examination.

Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision 

This qualification is ideal for those who are in a supervsiory role. It ensures supervisors are aware of the legistlation applicable to food safety and how best to communicate the required standards to employees. An essential element of high food safety standards is the ability to motivate, train and supervise staff to ensure they are competent food handlers. This qualification ensures supervisors have the confidence to lead by example, encourage good hygiene practices and take appropriate corrective action to ensure all food activities are safe. Two days of guided learning, home study, plus a two hour examination.

Level 2 and 3 Courses are fully accredited, MCA compliant, recognised worldwide, delivered by a professional trainer and awarded by HABC – Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance.
