UPDATE: MCA Approved Centres for Marine Cookery Assessment (Ships Cook Certificate)
NOTE: As at 29 March 2022 this list of MCA Approved centres at https://www.shipscookcertificate.com/which-are-the-mca-approved-centres-for-doing-the-assessment-in-marine-cookery-2/ is correct.
The MCA are hoping to visit new centres to audit them at some point but no date has been given for this yet.
So please refer to the list on this page for where to sit an approved MCA assessment in marine cookery for those wanting to apply to the MCA for a UK MCA issued Ships Cook Certificate
