Note as this is a 2 week course you will be spending more time on all the elements so would benefit someone who needs to go through the basics again.
How to apply
Please contact marine@stc.ac.uk or 0191 427 3772 to book your place on Marine Cookery for Qualified Chefs or Marine Cookery for Experienced Chefs.
NOTE: If you are working on Cayman flagged vessels with more than 10 crew then they will require Level 3 food safety and level 2 chef qualifications. They do not require a ships cook certificate (seehttp://www.cishipping.com/portal/page/portal/srghome/survey/shippingnotices/2014/SN%2007-2014/2014_07_CISN_R1.pdf) but in all cases for any flagged vessel if you are not sure contact the flag state and ask for their advice.
