MCA – official list of where to sit Marine Cookery Assessment

In relation to Annex 2, if you do not hold the Certificate of Competency as a Ships’ Cook issued under the Merchant Shipping (Certification of Ships’ Cook) Regulations 1981, the only way to demonstrate compliance will be through completion of an Assessment in Marine Cookery covering the relevant MLC standards. These are currently administered by the following bodies;
